GeraRush Walkthrough: All Four Worlds, Start to Endless

The four worlds
GeraRush is a four-lane endless runner built on React Native and Expo with shared assets from the Gera monorepo. Each world is a themed skin over the same core mechanics — swipe to switch lanes, swipe up to jump, swipe down to slide. What changes across worlds is the pacing, the hazard vocabulary and the coin-spawn density.
World 1 — GeraEats Streets
Your starting world. Neon signage, food-cart hazards and a 1.0x coin multiplier. Pattern to memorise: hazards appear in runs of three, with a safe lane baked in roughly every eight tiles. If your screen is crowded, the far-left lane is almost always the answer. Coins tend to cluster above jumpable hazards, so lead with a swipe up rather than a lane change whenever you have room.
World 2 — GeraClinic Halls
Unlocks at 200m. Hospital corridors, sliding gurneys, slower overall scroll speed but tighter lane gaps. The sneaky part: many hazards here require a slide rather than a jump. A common mistake is jumping into an overhead pipe on reflex. Coin multiplier is 1.1x. Watch for the blue Gera cross tile — it’s a hidden combo token worth 5x when you collect three in a run.
World 3 — GeraMarket Bazaar
Unlocks at 500m. Stalls, crates, and a visibility gimmick: hanging fabrics reduce sightlines for about a second. The discipline is to keep central lanes unless you see a specific reason to commit. Coin density is highest here; multiplier is 1.2x. Scrolling speed ramps up aggressively.
World 4 — GeraRide Highway
Unlocks at 1km. Dual-carriageway layout, traffic hazards, and the first real speed test. The signature hazard: stalled cars in parallel lanes forcing a tight single-lane squeeze. Coin multiplier is 1.25x. This is where your shield economy matters: save at least one shield for the car squeeze every 200m.
Endless mode
After all four unlock, endless mode shuffles them every ~400m and raises base speed by 3% per shuffle. Your best runs will come from learning the transition hazards — the first 5 seconds after a world change are where most players die, because muscle memory lags. Expect jumps where you just slid.
Coin routes
Three rules that compound into big GeraCoin runs:
- Prioritise magnets over shields when you already have a shield. Magnet uptime converts into passive coin draw.
- Combos multiply, so chain three collectibles without missing a coin. You get a 3x window for the next coin cluster.
- Don’t buy out of a run early. The 1.25x multiplier in World 4 does more for your wallet than a revive ever will.
Where the coins actually go
Coins earned in GeraRush are real GeraCoins — you can spend them on GeraEats, GeraClinic and other Gera products. That makes the high-multiplier runs in World 4 double as discount farming, not just score chasing.
