1. Information We Collect

GeraRush collects minimal data necessary to operate the game: device identifiers for save-state syncing, gameplay statistics (score, coins earned, sessions played), and optional account information if you choose to sign in with a Gera account. We do not collect your name, address, or payment information within the game.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to: save your game progress across devices, calculate and credit GeraCoins to your wallet, display leaderboards, improve game performance, and (with consent) send you in-app notifications about challenges and rewards.

3. GeraCoins & Rewards

GeraCoins earned in-game are stored in your Gera account wallet. Redemption of GeraCoins against Gera services is governed by the Gera Services Terms of Service at gera.services/terms.

4. Third-Party Services

GeraRush uses Gera's shared authentication (core-auth) and analytics infrastructure. No data is sold to or shared with unaffiliated third parties for advertising purposes. We do not display third-party advertisements.

5. Data Retention

Game progress and GeraCoin data are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@gera.services. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

GeraRush is rated for general audiences (age 4+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us at privacy@gera.services.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your data. To exercise these rights contact privacy@gera.services. EU residents may lodge complaints with their national data protection authority.
