1. Acceptance

By downloading or playing GeraRush you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. License

Gera Services Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play GeraRush on devices you own or control, solely for personal entertainment.

3. GeraCoins

GeraCoins are a virtual reward earned through gameplay. They have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Gera reserves the right to modify or discontinue the GeraCoins programme with 30 days notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: reverse-engineer or modify the game; use cheats, bots, or exploits; interfere with other players' experience; use the game for any commercial purpose without written permission from Gera.

5. Intellectual Property

All game content — including graphics, music, characters, and branding — is owned by Gera Services Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you.

6. Disclaimers

GeraRush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Gera does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gera's total liability arising from your use of GeraRush shall not exceed £10. Gera is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
